Welcome to the Keylight Theatre Lighting web site.
Keylight Theatre Lighting was established in 1989 to serve all areas of the theatre lighting market but with particular emphasis on the education and amateur sectors. The proprietor is a former Head of Drama/Performing Arts who has worked both in schools and sixth form colleges. He is

also an active member of an amateur theatre group and chairman of Hyde Festival Theatre (a busy amateur theatre venue in Greater Manchester). These key points put Keylight Theatre Lighting in the unique position of fully understanding the needs of the education and amateur markets.

We also offer a sound hire service with particular emphasis on radio microphone systems. Further information can be found on our Sound Hire page.

As well as selling lighting equipment we also sell sound equipment and can, in fact, provide almost any theatrical service such as drapes, seating and rostra. Please see our Other Services pages for more information.
